The morning after (oh.. get your filthy minds out of the gutter)

hai.. its the day after a much needed break from work... it's also the day after my birthday.. spent most of my time at home with the family and Diana... oh we put up the christmas tree as well..

anyway.. AO's off in the morning.. chief is off the whole week... and I.. well.. i'm just waiting for next thursday when i'll be gone for church camp...

Church camps are always a source of spiritual refreshment.. it happens only once in 2 years...youths and young adults alike usually look forward to attending the camp...another plus point is that it is held in Malaysia.. so we get to go away from the "stresses" that come with being in Singapore...

hmm.. gotta renew my passport though... haven't done so... heh

time passes pretty fast here..just awhile ago i was applying leave for the camp.. that was about two to three months back..now...the camp's only a week away..

playing yahoo pool now.. cant stand people who boot opponents when they lose.. sigh*

That stinking phrase (in more ways than one)

I just got out of the uh-hum... toilet... anyway.. I saw this little paragraph of words meant to motivate the reader placed somewhere near the wash basin..It read something like...

Potent leadership is a matter of knowing what's happening around and acting accordingly..

I wonder.. how many of our dear leaders of the organisation i'm enslaved to actually subscribe to that. Here where I am.. they probably know half of it...and just ignore the other half.. (I'm not surprised if some of 'em don't even believe in that statement.. or maybe they don't even understand it at all..)

I just found out from Admin's mother (chief clerk, for the benefit of those not in army) that i'll have to go into a meeting with her and her husband (my AO, not her real husband of course) to discuss my job scope. I'm told that i'll be given more work. I think I have broached this topic so many times that I feel like I'm beginning to sound like a broken record...But SERIOUSLY! NO BUT SERIOUSLY!

I'm sick of this.. If they can't get people to work, they should just indent another person.. If not they could just take the work, double it, turn it sideways and shove it straight up their candy @$$!

Our organisation's not doing too fine recently.. more than a couple of deaths of our workers and the emergence in the media of the fact that the organisation has given our white horses a lot of privileges has greatly upset the majority black stallions...

Still the upper people in higher power "categorically" deny this... To you people..this i have to say..

I beginning to enjoy the company here at work.. but i guess that's where it ends.. oh I definitely appreciate the fact that we stay out.. also our guard duty is manning the building...instead of guarding the camp...which we all have one person to thank for..don't know if that will last long though..anyway...
